Adorned Women's Conference
Adorned was born from a desire to reunite the women who had attended Women in the Woods. Through each retreat, meaningful relationships were built and a beautiful sisterhood was formed. The women longed for a way to remain connected, gather again, and testify about all God had done in their lives since leaving the retreat.
What began as a simple desire to gather grew into the Adorned Women’s Conference a place where women of God come together to worship, encourage one another, and testify of His faithfulness. Adorned reminds every woman that she is not alone and that there is power in sharing the story of what God has done.Many of the women who gather with us today have been here since the very beginning. They have witnessed this ministry grow one surrendered “yes” at a time.
Clarissa did not begin with all the answers or a complete plan. She chose to trust God and follow His leading. Adorned has been built entirely by faith, with Clarissa relying on the Lord to provide, guide, and bring the vision to life. As she has lived out this journey in real time, her own faith has grown and by inviting other women into the journey, she has created opportunities for their faith to grow as well.
Adorned is more than a conference. It is a testimony of what God can do through one simple “yes,” a community built through faith, and a sisterhood.
Mission
The mission behind everything we do is Jesus. To lead women to Jesus and help them remain rooted in Him.
Grounded in 1 Peter 3:4, we believe a woman’s greatest adornment is “the hidden person of the heart” a life transformed by Jesus and made beautiful through a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God.
Adorned exists to gather women in the presence of God through worship, biblical teaching, testimony, prayer, and authentic sisterhood. We create spaces where women feel seen, encouraged, and uplifted as they encounter Jesus, grow deeper in their relationship with Him, and are reminded of His faithfulness and goodness.
Vision
Our vision is to cultivate a Christ-centered community where women are strengthened in their faith, secure in their God-given identity, and encouraged to walk boldly in their purpose. We desire to see women remain close to Jesus, build genuine relationships, and carry the hope and healing they receive into their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
